We have updated our Afternoon Kids Club to better meet the needs of the families in our surrounding communities. We hope that our program will help to meet the needs of your family and that your children will join our Club!

We now start at 1:00 pm. Our hours are from 1 pm until 5:30 pm. To accommodate the needs of families with different start times, we have changed from a flat fee to an hourly fee system. Our hourly fee is $14 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours per scheduled day.

We understand that different children potty train at different times. We do not require your child to be potty trained. We do ask that you provide necessary items to meet your child’s needs in this area. Also, please let us know what your child’s needs will be (diaper changing, potty training breaks, reminders to try to potty, etc.).

We are happy to help with homework if needed. Please let us know if this is something you would like.

Your spot can be reserved weeks in advance if you like. We do ask that you reserve your spot prior to noon the day your child plans to join us so that we can arrange for the appropriate number of staff.

Because our program is still getting off the ground and we do not have a regular base of attendees at the moment, we are only staffed on days that we have reservations. If you have a last minute need and have not reserved a spot, please call Ms. Heather at 412-953-5614 to see if we have other reservations or staff available for the day. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that we ask you to register on Brightwheel prior to making your reservation using JotForm. The information you provide on Brightwheel gives us the basic and emergency information we need to care for your child(ren). The JotForm gives us the schedule of days you would like your child(ren) to attend.
